284: Dear Maa 🙇♂️🙏🏼 Have often heard about Dharana... Seems its a visual method of pin pointed focus..sharp focus..trataka.. Maa if there is PRIMARILY just the single pointed Thought ...convergence of all thoughts into ONE ..for me it is my BELOVED ONE..would that also be some sort of Dharana and Dhyaan?

285: Namastey Maa, @Maa Gyaan Suveera , do you feel, what is the current state of spirituality in India is true spirituality ? It feels like people just wear mask of spirituality and they can even do it to deceive someone. People in west seems more truthful, in their spiritual quest. People here seems much more cunning and use of spirituality for wrong reasons is much more prevalent here.

286: Dear Maa, my understanding is that with respect to energy, Rajas is dynamic and both Tamas and Sattva are static. Firstly, Is this understanding correct? And if so, what differentiates them? is it their nature or quality? Is it the quality of energy/prana? or is it frequency?
