The atman and energy do not discriminate between genders/sex.

The mental conditioning of the gender/sex, in the ego is carried in the causal body/prakriti.

The organs also carry the prakritik conditioning.

When ego system and organ system align, the person resonates with their biological gender/sex.

I have a follow up question –

In the gross, dual world, energy takes two forms – masculine energy and feminine energy as we call them.

Those of us who are in a female body, do we carry more feminine energy? Or are we capable of carrying/embodying/expressing more of feminine energy than masculine energy?

(And similarly for males.)

So pure consciousness on the inside (“Shiva”)… then the energy body that completely contains the pure consciousness within it (“Shakti”)… and then the gross body that completely contains the energy body and consciousness within it (“Mahaganapati”).

This was just a thought experiment… dearest @🌺🙏Maa Gyaan Suveera❤️🙇🌺🫂 seeking your wisdom on this. 🌹🙇🏻‍♀️🙏🏽

Also – How are panchakoshas connected to our biological parents? (if they are at all?)- I assume gross body would be, and causal not. But subtle body? Does that mean our pranamaya kosha is influenced by our parents?

Thank you! 🤍

I found the knowledge about the Devi withdrawing back through the panchakosha in sleep amazing.. it is like we die and are re-born every day…like moving through the motions of creation, sustenance and dissolution – being the wave – being all the triads. We really are what we are studying… Devi Herself! And I guess this cycle of triads is also there on the breath patterns/cycles too…inhaling, pause, exhaling.

This is not really a question but just some musings 🙂 Thank you for an inspiring class!

We channel/receive both polarities equally. The gross and subtle bodies absorb the polarities and it differs from person to person.

Two pairs in the subtle body – intellect and ego – work hand in hand, masculine in nature.

Mind and chitta work hand in hand – feminine in nature.

I think I have understood about the absorption part.

My follow up questions are –

Is the amount of absorption = the amount of expression of the polarities as well?

What creates the imbalance in absorption (and expression)?

Why did the creator create different kinds of bodies/anatomies especially in relation to the polar energies?

In relation to the energy and polarities, is there a cosmic reason behind the female body with its specific set of organs and the male body with its specific set of organs?

I mean to say all Jnana is fine but experience is experience because then only you can have that certitude and then only the aura may start to expand far outside of gross, right?

And that would be the culmination moment for all philosophies and fragmentations and thoughts and Dvaita and Vishisht Advaita and hence realization will finally be the truth as Advaita only?

hope this all brings eligibility of digging it deeper Mother?

I felt the former is effective. What’s your advice @🌺🙏Maa Gyaan Suveera❤️🙇🌺🫂

I come from family where all this is not a part of everyday life they follow into meditation and nothing is spoken or taught. My journey is more of self exploration.

Lot of time I get overwhelmed that sometimes I do something and than sometimes I am doing something else.

Lot of time I ask myself who is my guru who I can surrender. Who is the one who will always hold my hand.

Is it that I am very confused that’s y I don’t have clarity or I am just not trusting and surrendering 100%

I am sorry if my question is stupid can you please guide me ma 🔻🟡

I’d love to understand more about Homa. What is its significance? Is it still relevant in today’s world? And if so, as someone new to this journey, is there a simple Homa practice we can incorporate into daily life? Is homa and havan the same?

Please guide me, Maa. 🙏

I have come to understand that getting out of this birth and death cycle is never ending. No matter how hard we try we still get stuck to some loop or the other . Even if it’s the spiritual path one is going towards still the road is not easy because maya keeps having us come back to the ego self again n again…

Even if one is born with a destiny of dharma purushartha or moksha or the others … still there lies a trap in between to reroute you. Yes grace is always there to save us but still it’s just never ending.

In this scenario Maa, how one should be living daily knowing that u just have been in this never ending game of God and just keep playing without having apeksha of reaching there one day?

What is that one thought which a sadhak should have undeterred?

The Bhakti and the jnana Marg is the way but still sometimes it just does not happen. U want to leave everything out and just be there… looking at Shiv /shakti in despair to just pull us out .

The concept of “Isness of life” is so deep yet maya is so strong to keep pulling us back

Please guide maa

A thirsty sadhak asking for that drop of water to quench this journey🙏

I have a question about sakam sadhana.

In one of the previous audios, you have mentioned that sakam sadhana takes pranic energy from us. I have not understood this. Can you please elaborate on this some more?

Thank you!

does consumption of prana in sakam Sadhana have any external symptoms?

Does it affect us physically, mentally or spiritually in a certain way?

Like lack of energy, illness, confusion etc?
